"Business days" excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and national bank holidays in India. Timelines are from the date of our approval, not the date of your request.

01. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription memberships and digital products purchased through http://www.kushalfitness.in, operated by The Dream Fit Academy (GST: 05COSPD1918L1ZP), under the brand Train With Kushal (TWK).

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payments Private Limited, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator. By subscribing to any of our membership plans, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In plain language: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not automatically refund the current billing period already paid, but we handle genuine cases fairly — see the eligibility table in Section 3.

02. Subscription Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by:

  • Contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 8979938328
  • Emailing support@kushalfitness.in with your registered email and subscription plan
  • Cancelling the UPI Autopay mandate directly through your UPI application (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)

Effect of Cancellation

  • Immediate effect: Your subscription will be cancelled with immediate effect or at the end of the current billing cycle, as you specify.
  • No future charges: Once cancelled, no further subscription charges will be levied. Your UPI Autopay or e-mandate will be deactivated.
  • Community access: You will retain access to the community and course content until the end of the paid billing period, after which access will be revoked.
  • Re-subscription: You may re-subscribe at any time at the then-current pricing. Previous progress and community history may be accessible upon re-subscription subject to data retention.

No Cancellation Fee

There is no penalty or cancellation fee for ending your subscription at any time. We believe in earning your continued membership, not locking you in.

03. Refund Eligibility

The following table outlines what is and is not eligible for a refund under our policy:

Change of mind after subscription beginsNORefunds are not provided for change of mind once access to course content and community has been granted.

Dissatisfaction with results or contentNOResults depend on individual effort and adherence. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Course content and community value are delivered upon subscription activation.
Violation of community guidelines resulting in removalNOMembers removed from the community for violation of terms of use and community guidelines are not eligible for refunds.

Time limit for refund requests: All eligible refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests raised after 7 days will not be processed except in cases of duplicate charges or unauthorised transactions.

04. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, contact us using any of the following methods with the required information:

  • Subscription plan purchased (Standard / Premium / VIP)
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting evidence, if applicable (screenshot of error, duplicate charge confirmation, etc.)

Our team responds to all refund requests within 2 business days. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please send a follow-up message on WhatsApp.

05. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred on your card or UPI account, please contact us immediately before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly through our refund process.

Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in delays and a permanent ban from our services. We cooperate fully with Razorpay and issuing banks in all legitimate dispute investigations.

06. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
