Current period is non-refundable once access is active — unless there was a technical failure on our end.

We confirm every cancellation in writing — within 2 business days via WhatsApp or email.

01. Scope of This Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all recurring monthly subscription memberships purchased through http://www.kushalfitness.in and processed via Razorpay Payments Private Limited, including:

  • Standard Membership — ₹399/month
  • Premium Membership — ₹1,999/month
  • VIP Membership — ₹3,999/month

All three plans operate on a monthly recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew each month via UPI Autopay or e-mandate authorised at the time of purchase. This policy governs how, when, and with what effect you may cancel that recurring subscription.

02. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription through any of the following methods. All methods take equal effect — choose whichever is most convenient.

Send a message to +91 8979938328 with the text "Cancel Subscription" along with your registered name and email address.

Send an email to support@kushalfitness.in with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and your registered email and subscription plan.

Cancel UPI Mandate Directly

Cancel the recurring mandate yourself directly through your UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM). This stops all future charges immediately. Also notify us so we can deactivate your community access.

Contact Razorpay

Contact Razorpay Support to cancel the subscription mandate at the payment level. Your access will be deactivated after we receive notification from Razorpay.

03. What Happens After You Cancel

We Receive Your Request

Your cancellation request is received and logged. You will receive an acknowledgement via WhatsApp or email within 2 business days.

Subscription & Mandate Deactivated

We deactivate your Razorpay subscription and UPI Autopay / e-mandate. No further charges will be raised from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Written Confirmation Sent to You

You will receive a written cancellation confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email. Save this confirmation for your records. It serves as proof that no future charges will be levied.

Access Continues Until End of Paid Period

You retain full access to your membership tier (community, courses, Q&As) until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, access is revoked automatically.

Community Access Revoked

On the day after your paid period ends, your Skool community access is removed. Your profile and activity history are retained for 90 days in case you choose to re-subscribe.

04. Cancellation Effective Date Options

When you submit a cancellation request, you can specify your preferred effective date:

Recommendation: Unless you have an urgent reason for immediate cancellation, we recommend selecting "End of Current Period" so you continue to receive the full value of the subscription you have already paid for.

05. Billing After Cancellation

No Charges After Cancellation Confirmation

Once you receive written cancellation confirmation from us, no further subscription charges will be initiated. Your UPI Autopay mandate or e-mandate is deactivated on the same day as our confirmation.

If a Charge Occurs After Cancellation Confirmation

In the rare event that a charge is made after we have confirmed your cancellation in writing, contact us immediately. This would constitute an erroneous charge and will be refunded in full within the timeline specified in our Refund Policy.

Important: If you cancelled your UPI mandate directly through your UPI app but did not notify us, your community access may not be deactivated immediately. Always notify us via WhatsApp or email to ensure your community access is properly closed on the correct date.

Billing Cycle Dates

Your billing date is the same date each month as the date of your original subscription. For example, if you subscribed on 15 June 2026, you will be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month. Your paid access period runs from that date to the 14th of the following month.

06. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are two separate actions. Understanding the difference prevents confusion:

07. Re-Subscription After Cancellation

You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time after cancellation. Re-subscription is subject to:

  • Availability of the membership tier at the time of re-subscription
  • Prevailing pricing at the time of re-subscription (prices may have changed)
  • VIP tier availability (limited to 10 spots — may not be available)
  • Standard new subscriber onboarding process

Your previous community activity and progress history will be accessible if you re-subscribe within 90 days of your cancellation date. After 90 days, previous data may be archived and not immediately retrievable.

08. Cancellation by The Dream Fit Academy

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a membership in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Community Guidelines: Harassment, spam, sharing of programme content externally, or any conduct deemed harmful to other community members
  • Fraudulent Activity: Unauthorised chargebacks, misrepresentation, or abuse of refund processes
  • Payment Failure: Recurring mandate failure after reasonable retry attempts, at which point access is automatically suspended
  • Legal Requirement: If required by applicable law or court order

In the event of cancellation by us due to a community guideline violation, no refund will be issued for the current billing period. In the event of cancellation due to payment failure, no access will be granted until payment is successfully processed.

In all other cases of cancellation initiated by us (not due to your breach), we will provide pro-rated access for the remaining paid period or issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

09. Contact for Cancellations

All cancellation requests are handled directly by our team. We do not use automated cancellation systems — every request is processed by a person and confirmed in writing.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
